WELCOME TO FALL QUARTER!

CONGRATULATIONS TO MARTHA GONZALEZ,  who just passed her citizenship test! Good job, Martha!

This is going to be a very busy quarter!  Today, please see how fast you can type! Later in the quarter, you can check how much you have improved.
You can test your speed at: typingtest.com. My result was: 62 words per minute, 88% accuracy: ADJUSTED SPEED: 55 words per minute.  (I chose the topic, "Baseball" and typed for one minute.)
Please write down your speed in your notebook.

THEN, PLEASE TAKE THIS SURVEY AT QUIA:
ESL SURVEY.   (The secret word is "survey".)
